A comfortable room with kingly feel

A spacious ground floor room offering accommodation for two people, with a double bed and a comfortable sofa.

Storytelling

This room is dedicated to Leonardo Da Vinci (April 15th 1452 – May 2nd 1519).

Leonardo was of one of greatest advocates of the union between science and humanism. He was a painter, sculptor, architect, engineer, mathematician, anatomist, musician and inventor.

The room is home to a reproduction of the oil painting ‘The Annunciation’, the original of which is housed in Florence’s Uffizi Gallery.

The scene depicts the Virgin and an angel in the extremely peaceful setting of a late fifteenth-century villa courtyard garden.
