Our restaurant serves sophisticated meat, game, and fish dishes as well as country soups, home-made pasta (tagliatelle, tagliolini, gnocchi and tortelli) not to mention celebrated traditional starters such as bruschette drizzled with superb Tuscan extra-virgin olive oil.
Then there are the local wines: as many as eight different DOC wines that have won numerous IGT awards are grown and produced in Maremma vineyards as part of a very ancient tradition that some argue dates back as far as Etruscan times.
DOC wines served at Fattoria (in the Montecucco and Morellino di Scansano areas) include the Bianco di Pitigliano, the Rosso di Sovana, the Parrina, the Capalbio DOC, the Monteregio di Massa Marittima, along with various Chiantis and an array of other Tuscan wines.
